Puerh Loose Leaf Postfermented loose leaf Puerh tea (Po Lei, Bolay) from the Yunnan province in China. Pu-erh teas come in different varieties, loose leaf or shaped into discs, bricks etc. Like a good wine, most pu erh teas improve in taste with age. This Pu erh tea is a young tea, it is approx. 3 years old, but already has a great taste, with pleasant aroma. Use a teaspoon of tea per cup, brew in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Milk can be added as preferred.
