Chai Mumbai A chunky blend of high grade tea and tasty spices. It is spicy and hot, but still mild enough to let you taste all flavours.
Serve without milk: Use a generous teaspoon of tea for each cup, brew in boiling hot water for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar if desired.
Serve with milk: Make a strong tea, using 2 heaped teaspoons of tea for 100 ml boiling hot water. Brew for 3-4 minutes. Then add hot milk (frothed) and sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar on top before serving if you wish.
