Lapsang Souchong Ceylon (Tarry Lapsang Souchong) - Smokey, strong and flavourful, this unique tea is produced in Sri Lanka and smoked over cinnamon wood fire. (Chinese smoked Lapsang Souchong is smoked over pine wood). It has a strong taste and aroma, but with a smoother and more refined character than its Chinese cousins. Based on premium Ceylon tea, this is a tea for the connoisseurs who appreciate a premium smoked tea. Use 1-2 tsp. per 200 ml cup, brew in hot water (99-100°C) for 1-3 minutes. Delicious on its own but can also be served with milk.
