To make masala chai with milk: Use 1-2 tsp. per 200ml, brew in hot water for 3-4 min. and fill half a cup with tea and top up with frothed milk or heated coconut milk. Sweeten with honey or brown sugar. Chai masala also makes a delicious iced tea.
