Chrysanthemum is believed to lower blood pressure, reduce fever, be a liver detox, ease digestion, anti-aging, and is also known to be anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant. It has a mild and pleasant taste and can be enjoyed wither hot or chilled with ice. Add some honeys if you wish to sweeten your brew. Use approx. one tablespoon per cup, brew 3-4 minutes in hot water (100°C).
