Dandelion Leaf Tea Dandelion leaves are highly nutritious and is a rich source of vitamins, fibres, iron, potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus. It has been used as food and as a natural medicine for thousands of years to treat various health problems. Use 1-3 tsp. per cup, pour boiling hot water over and steep for a few minutes.
