Turmeric is mildly digestive, aromatic, and carminative and is also believed to be able to break down body fats. Ginger is also known to be a stimulative aid for the digestion. Together with the lemon grass you have a delicious blend, with high amount of antioxidants. Use approx. 1-2 teaspoons turmeric blend per cup, pour boiling hot water over and brew for 3-5 minutes. Serve natural or add a slice of fresh lemon for a deliciously tempting infusion.
