Dragon Pearls (also known as Buddha Tears or Jasmine Pearls) tea is made by hand-rolling the tender, fresh green tea leaves into small pearls which are being scented by covering the tea with fresh jasmine flower. The flavour of the tea is fresh, floral and delicate. Use approx. 2-4 pearls per 200 ml and brew for 2-3 min in hot (80-90 °C) water. The tea leaves can be used for a second brew.
