Shipments and returns
When we have received your online order, our aim is to ship the parcel the same day or next business day but in some cases it may take up to one week before shipment.
Depending on availability, shipping might be delayed up to one week. Should your order be delayed we will contact you.
Free postage within Australia on online order over AU $50.00 regardless of weight.
For online orders under AU $50.00 we charge a AU $10.00 flat rate for postage and handling (within Australia).
- Shipping cost to New Zealand: Flat rate of AU$ 10 applies to any order placed online.
Your order will be shipped with Australia Post, regular parcel, drop-off without signature.
Delivery time Australia: Average delivery time frame within Australia from day of shipping will be 3 days but no more than 10 days. If you have not received your order within 10 days please urgently contact us.
- Delivery time New Zealand: Average delivery time frame to New Zealand varies between 7 days and 3 weeks from day of shipping.
Your parcel will normally be packed and dispatched well protected in cardboard box and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Return and refund policy
Should you receive a damaged or faulty product ordered through our website we will do our best to resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please contact our team on email@example.com or through the ‘Contact us’ form on our website and inform us about any problems with your order.
Please note: due to health and food safety issues teas cannot be returned or exchanged unless there should be something wrong with the product.
In the event that a product you have ordered through our website is faulty or damaged or if the product does not match it’s description or does not perform as intended, we will, in accordance with Australian consumer law, issue a refund of the purchase amount of the faulty goods.
Please note that we will not issue a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a product that you have ordered through our website.
HOW TO RETURN FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
You can return the faulty/damaged goods by post (please use secure packaging) or if preferred, you can return the goods to one of our shops (Tamborine Mountain, Qld or Montville, Qld).
Please note: We do not cover for return postage, but if you have paid postage on your initial order amount we will also make a refund of the initial shipping cost.
